Omani Frankincensea Baswella Sacra  has been famous for centuries since ancient times. Highly valued for their quality and for their distinct citric aromas. The Frankincense Resins are the natural gum harvested from hardy and rare 'Boswellia Sacra' Trees from the southern deserts of Oman.  Traditionally Frankincense is burned every day in the houses to bring good health. Other uses include scents for clothes, food flavouring and as excellent insect repellent. People have recognized the benefits of Frankincense Resins and there is much research into its properties to cure rheumatism.  Our Frankincense is imported directly from Oman.  

Directions for Use

• Burn on hot coals or in an electric incense burner
• Place in 1-2 teaspoons of scentless carrier oil and heat in an oil burner
• Add a small amount on burning powdered incense
• Use in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic treatments
• Infuse a small piece of resin in water overnight, and drink throughout the day
• Brew in hot water and drink as a tea. More hot water can be added until the resin has fully dissolved.
• Chew like chewing gum for oral and digestive health.
